职位描述

职位描述
1、负责完成照明方案的全案设计（概念设计，深化设计，照度计算，布灯，灯具选型等）；
2、负责完成项目实施，条件变更，设计变更的图纸以及原型实验和校正；
3、负责团队培训和管理，对团队输出成果负责；
4、跟进现场效果的优化与验收，完成上级领导交办的各项工作。
职位要求
1、本科及以上学历，五年以上从业经历，照明设计、建筑、室内设计，城市规划或其他相关专业教育，有扎实的设计功底；
2、熟悉室内外照明行业相关标准规范；
3、要精通CAD, SU, PS, DLALUX, ENSCAPE, ER, C4D,AE；
4、要具备效果动画制作能力；
5、对照明设计行业有较为深入的理解，了解行业发展趋势；
6、要具备团队管理能力，对团队进行日常培训、管理。具有10人以上团队管理经验；
7、富有工作激情，有良好的团队合作精神，并积极承担项目压力。
