System Architect

The responsibility is to lead a QA team for the following areas:
• Design architecture of modern micro-service, cloud native services, working with HTML5/WeChat/mobile based client.
• Design roadmap of performance, scalability, security improvements to support growing business needs
• Hands-on practice of key design, and measurement to ensure delivery smoothness
• Good communicator on dependencies and business
Requirements
Profession
• 10 years or above industry experience in digital / Internet business
• Bachelor degree or above in Computer Science
Skill set
• Must: Knowledge of general concept of Internet, including TCP/IP, DNS, CDN, certificate, HTTP protocol, Linux, SQL (MySQL is preferred, PostgreSQL or Microsoft SQL Server are OK).
• Must: Ability to plan, adjust and solve cross-team dependencies, resource shortage, etc.
• Must: Knowledge of Java programming language and common design patterns.
• Must: Knowledge of Spring Boot, Spring Cloud technology and corresponding coding patterns.
• Must: Experience on design pattern and coding practice of scalability improvements for micro-services. Including but not limited to: Java SDK optimization, database scalability, caching technologies like Redis.
• Must: Knowledge of design pattern of high availaiblity system like primary-backup database, across-DC multiple instances, multi-tenant, etc.
• Must: Familiar with Amazon AWS cloud solution. Require knowledge of EC2 (virtual machines). Knowledge of Cloudwatch is a great plus.
• Good to have: Understand general concept of security concept on Internet-based services.
• Good to have: Knowledge of HTML5 / WeChat programming.
• Good to have: Familar with other cloud solutions is a great plus: Aliyun, Azure, Huawei Cloud.
• Good to have: Familar of CI/CD pipeline such as GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub or Azure DevOps. Experience of GitLab is a great plus.
Project management and execution
• Must: Knowledge of Agile development process (esp. Scrum development model)
• Must: Genernal experience of tracking project with at least one efficient system like Jira/Confluence or Azure Devops.
• Must: Experience of leading a digital product development from design to delivery. Experience of team leader is a great plus.
• Good to have: Experience of working in vehicle digital related industry is a great plus.
• Good to have: Experience of comminicating with external customers or partners is a great plus.
Misc.
• Must: Good English speaking and writing skills.
• German speaking or writing is a great plus.

Requirement:
10年以上数字/互联网行业工作经验
计算机专业本科及以上学历
技能
•必须:了解Internet基本概念，包括TCP/IP, DNS, CDN, certificate, HTTP协议，Linux, SQL (MySQL优先，PostgreSQL或Microsoft SQL Server也可以)
•必须:计划、调整和解决跨团队依赖关系、资源短缺等问题的能力。
必须:了解Java编程语言和常见的设计模式。
•必备:了解Spring Boot、Spring Cloud技术及相应的编码模式。
•必须:有微服务可伸缩性改进的设计模式和编码实践经验。包括但不限于:Java SDK优化，数据库可扩展性，缓存技术，如Redis。
•必须:了解高可用性系统的设计模式，如主备数据库，跨数据中心多实例，多租户等
•必须:熟悉Amazon AWS云解决方案。需要了解EC2(虚拟机)。了解Cloudwatch是一个很好的加分项。
•具备:了解基于互联网服务的安全概念的一般概念。
•最好具备HTML5 /微信编程知识。
•最好有:熟悉其他云解决方案，如阿里云、Azure、华为云。
•最好拥有:熟悉CI/CD管道，如GitLab, Jenkins, GitHub或Azure DevOps。有GitLab工作经验者优先。
项目管理与执行
必须:熟悉敏捷开发流程(特别是Scrum开发模型)
•必须:具备至少一个高效系统(如Jira/Confluence或Azure Devops)跟踪项目的一般经验。
具备从设计到交付的数字化产品开发领导经验。有团队领导经验者优先考虑。
有汽车数字相关行业工作经验者优先。
•良好:有与外部客户或合作伙伴沟通的经验优先。
•必须:良好的英语口语和写作能力。
能说德语或能写德语者优先。
