主要职责：
与客户沟通设计要求
与设计团队就需求、规划和预算问题进行沟通
与供应商/供应商沟通
在可用的时间和预算内保护想法、质量完成和技术可行性以及负责项目报价
检查样品并制定明确的反馈
管理、激励和激励其他团队成员
主要要求：
至少 4 年设计项目管理的经验，本科及以上学历。
对设计过程以及创意团队的工作方式有很好的理解
一丝不苟的工作方式和对细节的极致关注
自信、耐心、友好而坚定的态度和良好的沟通技巧
久经考验的项目和时间管理能力
为了在这个角色上取得成功，你必须注重细节并具有很强的勤奋，具有中等到高级的形象，并有能力为项目做出战略性贡献
良好的沟通能力和在国际环境中工作的舒适度。您有能力独立工作，也有能力与我们的团队合作。

The Architectural Design & Research Institute of SCUT Co., Ltd. is a well-reputed Class-A multidisciplinary design institute in China. Founded in 1953, it has achieved a leading position among its domestic peers thanks to its solid design expertise, well-staffed professional team, latest design approaches and well-established quality assurance system. At present, it boasts of a multidisciplinary team of nearly 800 professionals, including 1 academician from Chinese Academy of Engineering, 4 national engineering survey and design masters, and 3 provincial engineering survey and design masters.
