ROLES & RESPONSIBILITY
Guide use-case teams on agile ways of working
Manage pipeline of multiple use-cases
Develop agile management capabilities and toolkit
Lead agile working development efforts within the organization
REQUIRED SKILLS
Deep understanding of Agile methodology (e.g Scrum, Kanban etc.), including the ceremonies of backlog grooming, standups, sprint planning, sprint review and retrospective
Ability to communicate to stakeholders of different background (technical, business, operational, senior management etc.)
EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND & EXPERIENCE
5+ years experience:
in both agile and waterfall development methodologies
leading the development and industrialization of technical/software engineering project/program
PMP Project Management credentials, SAFe or XP, Certified ScrumMaster a plus
