彩妆师（常州、溧阳）

 Job Accountabilities 工作职责
Apply make-up to clients after clarifying their visual requirements.
按照顾客需求，提供彩妆服务，打造各式妆容；
Sell assigned Cosmetic Brands ONLY (including OB) but NOT Skin products and achieve store sales target.
按照公司要求销售相关的彩妆品牌产品，达成或超额完成销售目标；
Be familiar with cosmetic products and understand its composition and use effect.
熟悉化妆产品，了解其成分和使用效果；
Introduce the latest fashion trends to clients and share the makeup tips.
向顾客介绍最新的彩妆流行趋势，分享彩妆心得和技巧；
Display products and ensure counter presentation is clean and neat all the time.
负责彩妆专柜陈列、管理和维护、工作，保证专柜保持整洁有序；
Be responsible for the management of the inventory of products and timely reflect the sales information.
负责库存货品的管理工作，及时清查，定期整理、盘点，及时反映销售信息；
Help Derma offer customer professional make up suggestion after finishing skin selling.
协助护肤BA在完成彩妆产品销售后为顾客提供彩妆建议；
Be familiar with current promotion, deliver right information to customers and push sales.
熟悉当期促销信息，并能够准确的传达给顾客，有效促进销售；
Monitor the performance of promotional items and provide regular feedback to BA supervisor and store management.
掌握每期促销单品的销售情况，向美容主管和店铺管理组提供有效的反馈；
Implement the 3 Golden Rules on customer services, to raise customer services standards.
贯彻三大黄金服务法则以提高客户服务水平,提升顾客服务标准。
 Key Skills / Experience 技能要求
Good image, fashion sense, enthusiastic and passionate about beauty products and show theoretical interest.
形象气质佳，有时尚感，对彩妆充满热情和兴趣；
Excellent practical make-up and technical skills, received system make-up training.
化妆技巧熟练，护肤彩妆知识全面，接受过系统彩妆培训；
Good communication skills and strong sense of service and with high integrity.
工作热情主动，有良好的沟通技巧，服务意识强，正直诚信；
An understanding of period and current fashion.
对彩妆流行色彩及时尚趋势有敏锐的触觉；
More than 1 year counter consultant experience or Makeup artist working experience is preferred.
有一年以上专柜化妆经验或彩妆师工作经验优先。
教育背景：医疗器械、生物医学工程、机械、电子、医学、生物工程、化学、药学、护理学、康复、检验学、计算机、法律、管理）大专以上学历或者中级以上专业技术职称优先考虑
