1、该岗位负责建立和管理咨询顾问团队；
2、培训咨询顾问对于项目需求梳理、挖掘，准确识别项目所需专家的类型，并通过各种方式完成专家成员的招募；
3、组织和安排专家访谈、路演、沙龙等各种形式的专家会议；
4、及时发现市场热点机会，主动挖掘引导客户的新研究方向，增加公司咨询项目产出
