UMMARY OF JOB:
Work as cooling system engineer to develop data-canter cooling products for ETO project, performance & qualification test, writing technical documentation and resolving quality issues.
数据中心精密空调系统工程师，负责ETO产品开发设计，性能及可靠性测试，编写产品手册及质量问题分析等。
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
· Evaluate customer requirements and transfer to products’ specification.
· In charge of new products cooling system design and matching.
· During the mandatory certification provide technical support on cooling system.
· Support sample units build and summary/record the issues discovered. Working with other functions and QA engineer to figure out solutions and make necessary design updates.
· Build products performance & qualification plan, lead lab tests and complete data summary & analysis.
· Implement all various testing tasks including FAT, certification, 3rd party testing and prepare and carry on test plan.
· Support completing products documentation, such as installation manual, technical specification.
· Support products improvements, such as upgrading cost and quality based on data from customer fields.
· Provide technical support to sales & service team, visit customer field for products application or quality issues investigation.
· 评估客户需求，能够将需求转换为产品的技术要求；
· 负责新产品制冷系统的匹配；
· 负责相关认证产品的系统匹配及优化工作
· 支持完成新产品样机制造，能够识别样机设计问题并提供改进建议；
· 制定产品的性能及可靠性测试计划，带领实验室完成测试，并进行数据汇总和结果分析；
· 负责完成各种测试包括：FAT，认证，第三方检测等测试任务
· 支持完成产品的文档工作，如安装手册，技术参数手册等；
· 支持产品的持续改进，如成本优化及质量提升；
· 为销售各部门及服务团队提供相关技术支持，到客户现场进行应用或者质量问题分析。
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS – REQUIRED:
· Good knowledge cooling technology, experience of data-center products experience is plus.
· Good knowledge on GB standards and related air conditioner industry standards;
· Family with project development process；
· CET 4 or above, Skilled to read and write in English.
· Good ownership and self-motivation to complete work.
· Good team-work and communication, initiative, innovate.
· Have enough knowledge can operate in enthalpy lab.
· 熟悉制冷空调产品，精密空调工作经验优先；
· 了解制冷空调行业的相关国家及行业标准；
· 能独立完成新产品的开发，熟悉整个开发流程
· 英语四级以上，能够熟练口语交流并回复邮件；
· 责任心强，能够自我驱动完成任务；
· 良好的沟通协调及创新能力。
· 了解或使用过焓差实验室，了解部分电气知识
EDUCATION – MINIMUN REQUIRED LEVEL:
· Bachelor’s degree in thermodynamics, air-conditioning, refrigeration, or equivalent, advanced degree preferred.
· 制冷、热能与动力工程专业本科学历，硕士优先
EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED:
· 10+ years work experience in cooling industry data-canter air conditioner design experience is preferred.
· 10年以上制冷空调行业系统设计经验， 精密空调行业经验优先
