Java Engineer

# Job Responsibilities
1. According to the company's overall strategy and product planning, participate in platform construction, write relevant codes, documents and test cases, and be responsible for product quality and SLA.
2. Continuously improve various performance indicators of the platform, actively optimize integration defects and risks, etc.
3. Participate in the planning, design and implementation of the platform, and participate in the optimization and reconstruction of existing systems, including but not limited to system microservice refactoring, migration, integration, etc.
4. continuously learning of Internet insurance business, and continuously improve the business scalability of the platform.
# Job Requirements
1. Computer related major, college degree or above, more than 3 years experience in Java development. Spoken English as Working Language.
2. Solid foundation in Java, proficient in JVM tuning, proficient in common frameworks such as Spring and MyBatis, and skilled in using common design patterns.
3. Strong skills in business architectural ability such as OOA, OOD and OOP, and familiar with UML design.
4. Proficient in microservice related technology stacks, such as Spring Cloud, Eurka, Zuul, Hystrix, Nacos/Apollo, Jaeger/SkyWalking, Prometheus and Grafana, etc.
5. Experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL, and SQL tuning.
6. Good skills in popular middleware products such as Redis, ElasticSearch, MongoDB, HBase, Tomcat/Undertow, RabbitMQ, Kafka, RocketMQ，etc.
7. Experience with Cloud Native, such as Kubernetes, Docker, etc.
8. Good skills in Linux shell, awk, and at least one language except Java, such as Golang, Python, Ruby, etc.
9. Enjoy working in a team that follows Agile practices, code reviews and DevOps. Believer of KISS and lifelong growth.
10. Candidate who satisfies any one of the following conditions will be preferred: experience in the insurance industry; contributors of open source project; practitioners of TOGAF, Agile, DevOps, Service Mesh and Cloud Native.
PS: Candidate has the right to choose to be based in Chengdu or Shenzhen.
