HV Battery Thermal Management

岗位职责："Responsible for the HVB thermal management system development, working with the Vehicle TMM team to defined the thermal requirement for HVB. Familiar with the GBB standards, make requirement distribution from GBB and TE requirement breakdown from Vehicle/Power Train to HVB thermal management system.
Responsible for the HVB thermal related function & strategy development, working with the validation Team/supplier to define the thermal function testing and calibration work.
Working as the master to finish the HVB thermal management specification definition, make an contribute to the MIP(Minimum Information Package), LAH(Lastenheft)/SOR(Scope of Requirement) creation. Very familiar with the development tools(e.g. QFD, DFX, FMEA, DOE, etc.) to determine the key HVB thermal performance parameters.
Working as the master of HVB thermal performance deviations, promote the related optimization of the deviations or improvements during the development process, according to DCIA(Deviation analysis, Countermeasures, Impact analysis, Action plan). Familiar with the development tools(e.g. FMEA, FTA, DOE, 8D analysis, SPC, 6 Sigma, etc.)

Working closely with the team member, to promote the team target fulfilled, and create TE know-how, lessons-learn during the process.

任职要求："Master's degree or above, majored in Energy management,Hydrodynamics, Machanical, and Power Transmission, or other related majors.（Bachelor‘s degree for ≥5 years experience）
More than 3 years of experience in the development of HVB product in BEV industry. Have good experience of independent development of a HVB Thermal Management launched to the BEV market.
Familiar with the development tools(e.g. QFD, DFX, FMEA, FTA, DOE, topology optimization, 8D analysis, SPC, 6 Sigma, etc.).
Familiar with CATIA, Doors, good experience in mechanical/thermal/electrical simulation result analysis.
Familiar with auto-industry standards, development regulations, homologation certification, GB standards, TS 16949, VW standards, VW-PEP Process.
Fully Team-working spirit, good leadership,communication and coordination skills
Good English speaking, reading and writing skills
Good German speaking, reading and writing skills(Optional)"
