行动律师(知识产权)

岗位职责
1. Liaising with internal client managers or external clients and providing IP enforcement services;
与内部客户经理及外部客户建立联系，提供知识产权全方位维权服务；
2. Taking responsibilities of managing all the enforcement cases;
负责管理所有行动案件，包括维权工作的指导和推进；
3. Having a clear understanding of IP enforcement environment in various regions, managing the work quality of the team and client expectation effectively, and providing the relevant training;
清晰了解各地执法情况，能有效管理团队工作质量和客户预期，并提供相关培训；
4. Liaising with AIC and PSB for enforcement arrangements; 与工商执法或公安部门沟通协调并安排行动；
5. Attending or supervising enforcement actions as for the compliance purpose; 参与或监督行动案件并确保案件合规性；
6. Drafting instructions to third parties, and procedural/regulatory documentation; 发布指令给外部供应商，以及对相关文件进行管理；
7. Maintaining good relationship with AIC and PSB in daily communications. 在日常沟通中与工商执法及公安部门建立良好关系。
任职要求
1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in law is preferred; 本科以上学历，法学专业优先；
2. PRC BAR qualification is preferred; Proficient in English; 通过司法考试者优先；英文良好
3. Experiences in IP investigation and enforcement with at least 5 years related experience; 5年以上相关工作经验，具有相关知识产权行动经验者优先；
4. Skilled in establishing and keeping relationship with government enforcement authorities; 具有与执法沟通的能力
5. Able to perform under pressure in complex situations and a good team player; 能够处理压力及复杂事件，充分与团队合作；
6. Self-motivated and able to act in independently and responsibly demonstrating sound and ethical judgement; 能独立完成工作，自我驱动，为人正直
7. Be able to travle a lot. 可接受经常出差。
