海运操作文员Operations Clerk-福州

1. Have booking experience from shipping lines or booking platforms. In charge of business change, shut out and confirmation of shipping space
拥有多家船公司或者订舱平台订舱经验。负责日常的业务更改，退关及确认舱位。
2. Arranging trucking and customs clearance for customers.
具备帮客户安排拖车、报关等相关经验。
3. In charge of LCL Operation independently, allocate container, issue suffering/ loading order.
能够独立完成自拼箱操作、合理配柜、发出提箱、装箱指令。
4. Be responsible for changing the container type, volume, allocation, addition, B/L issuance and other conventional document operation.
负责变更箱型、箱量、改配、加拼、提单签发等等常规单证操作项目。
5. Handling duplicate booking and emergency situations.
有处理重复订舱，以及处理突发情况的经验。
6. Familiar with customs declaration and packing process of Ocean export.
熟悉海运出口货物的各项报关和装箱流程。
7. To work with the booking department to coordinate and confirm the space reservation with Shipping Lines, change and customs clearance, prepare other documentation which need submitted.
配合订舱部协调确认船公司舱位预定、更改及退关事宜并准备其他需要提交的资料。
8. To check the warehouse entry data and packaging status of customers' goods with warehouse. If need, arrange value-added services such as consignment and etc.
与仓库核对客户货物进仓数据及包装状态，按需安排打托等增值服务。
Job Skills and Competencies for this position： 岗位技能要求
1. At least one year working experience in LCL operation position is required.
拥有至少一年及以上相关拼箱操作工作经验。
2. College degree or above, major in international trade, shipping, freight forwarding and customs declaration or related logistics management preferred.
大专或以上学历，国际贸易、航运、货代与报关等物流相关专业优先。
3. Proficient in Windows operating system and Office software, Fast typing speed。
熟练使用Windows操作系统及Office软件，打字速度快。
4. Good English in writing and reading，CET-4 preferred.
有良好的英文读写能力，CET-4优先。
5. Able to bear high pressure, have a sense of responsibility and strong adaptability and communication skills.
能承受压力,有责任心,以及较强的应变能力和沟通能力。
6. Proactive, patient, gentle, meticulous and service-oriented.
