岗位职责：
1. 协助航线操作完成日常工作
2. 接受客户订舱委托并录入系统
3. 负责单据的缮制、提单及费用账单的确认
4. 就工作中遇到的问题与客户进行有效沟通，并达成共识
5. 与业务同事保持良好的沟通，共同服务好客户
岗位要求：
1. 全日制大专以上学历
2. 应届毕业生优先
3. 良好的英语听说读写能力，英语四级或以上
4. 熟练运用excel等其他office办公软件
5. 有责任心，工作细心，有耐心，具备较强的协调和沟通能力
6. 英语、国际贸易、物流管理专业优先
7. 工作积极主动，有良好的团队合作精神
