Product Engineer, ROL

1. Complete the monthly & yearly RCM KPI of OB, NS & PM ，Assist region sales for RCM biz development.
2. Customer inquiries handling, make quotation in system in time for all inquiries, contract, and transfer correct information to project team in time, as well as project process follow up
3. Customer visit for sales support, leads, trouble-shooting for roll business development
4. Collect information and feedback for roll performance to Product Managers of RCM
5. Working closely with workshop operations to build a bridge between sales and workshop daily operation.
6. Customer claims handling, report in Spotlight, quality issue follow-up with project team and workshop
7. Communicate and get support from global and local source of Valmet Roll Business Unit
8. Assist other Valmet units to execute their jobs in related unit
9. Monitor and report cost of related roll
10. Actively seeking ROL inquiries and successfully executing ROL-sales cases in China alone as well together with MSMs and Tus
11. Competitors follow up in performance and comparison, share with Product manager and roll team
12. Follow special tasks assigned by his line manager.
Qualification：
1. Working experience in paper and pulp industry or related mechanical area.
2. Bachelor degree of paper making or related mechanical engineering major.
3. Self-confident and ready to learn new things.
4. Service and sales minded, strong communication skill.
5. Able to work with and between different internal and external organization and be able to seek and share the needed information
6. Good English level and strong communication skills
7. Readiness to travel
8. Teamwork, Self-motivation & energy management
9. Roll service Sales experience.
