职位描述

1. Project Management
· Gate based project management primary responsible for assigned Project(s) - Manage, control & co-ordinate with NPI teams to ensure project objectives fulfilled;
Develop & maintain the project plan for assigned project;
· Organize new project kick-off meeting, Co-ordinate related NPI build performance including OTD, yield rate, waste and action plan;
· Follow up related build feedback in customer side;
· Follow NPI procedure to conduct NPI review meeting with all concerned parties;
· Project sign off to ensure smooth transition of new products from NPI team to site team;
· Pass HSF information to internal team if there is;
2. Project issue and risk management
· Proactively communicate with project sponsors to ensure all are fully informed regarding project status and that all potential concerns are highlighted in a timely manner to ensure effective resolution;
3. NPI projects weekly and monthly report accomplish
. Weekly project summary including milestone, status, risk, business information etc;
. Monthly review with OTD, project summary etc;
4. Leverage of Experience
. Across the spectrum of projects introducing new products, review all experience to identify key learning opportunities impacting design, materials etc to ensure all future projects benefit;
5. Other duties to be assigned.
Qualification/ Experience/ Skills
Bachelor degree or above
Over 10 years in project manager position
Consume Electronic Industrial and Apple account service experience is preferred
Proven Project Management skills preferred
Strong Communication skills in Chinese & English
Good team player & relationship builder with capability to co-ordinate cross functional & multi site activities.
Assertive, self-motivated with drive to succeed.
