Printing & Paper Products Director（出差印度尼西亚）

Job Description
1、Lead Group printing and paper product division, take full responsibility for paper product business development according to group strategy.
2、Develop and execute the strategic vision for printing and paper product category: Identifying market trends, consumer preferences, business and product opportunities.
3、Lead the group central team responsible for printing and paper product customer service, technical management, new product development, new material implementation, quotation and sampling, etc.
4、Lead and upgrade the group engineering team for paper product development in high quality and standard: From concept ideation and prototyping to final production and launch. Continuously reinforce and add value to customers in various aspects.
5、Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient manufacturing of printing and paper products, lead and support continuous improvement and problem-solving in production, new technology implementation, capability and capacity.
6、Develop and maintain good relationship with suppliers and partners, ensuring reliable and high-quality supply chain management.
7、Keep close connection to printing and paper product industry. Continuously upgrade in industrial know-how, follow and foresee business trend and emerging technology, drive innovation and improve group core competence in plush toy industry.
8、Lead and support group green journey in green products and green packaging. Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities in a sustainable development approach.
9、Team management and development to align with group culture and strategy, drive actions and performance with strong leadership.
Requirement
1、Bachelor's degree in Printing, Engineering, Operations Management or related fields.
2、Proven track record of at least 10-years experiences in paper product design, development and manufacturing for printing, paper product, gift and premiums industry. At least 5-years experiences in Director roles or above.
3、Proficient knowledge of paper materials, printing infrastructure & facilities, printing techniques and packaging design within paper product industry, familiar with industrial standards and quality requirement.
4、Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
5、Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision making.
6、Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
7、Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Cantonese and Mandarin.
