Job Summary职位概要
The Supply Chain Management Specialist is responsible for executing the daily operation according to SCM customers’ PO Flow and physical cargo / shipment flow according to agreed SOP to customers and IOP.
供应链管理专员负责根据供应链管理客户的采购订单流程（PO Flow）和货物/货运流程，按照客户商定的操作流程（SOP）和内部操作流程（IOP）执行日常运营。
Key Responsibilities主要职责
Vendor Management 供应商管理
• To manage relationship with vendors as front-end customer services representative.
作为前端客户服务代表，管理与供应商的关系。
• serve SCM vendors in daily routine and coordinate
在日常工作中为供应链管理供应商提供服务并进行协调。
• Manage relationship with vendors to ensure quality of services.
管理与供应商的关系，确保服务质量。
Daily Operations & Logistics Coordination日常运营与物流协调
• To understand fully customers’ SOP’ in terms of PO Management, Booking Management, Carrier Management and Documentation Management.
完全理解客户的操作流程（SOP），包括采购订单管理、订舱管理、承运商管理和文件管理。
• To handle full set of operation from PO Confirmed to fulfilment.
处理从采购订单确认到履行的全套操作流程。
• To coordinate with vendors and execute shipments arrangement throughout the whole PO Flow.
与供应商协调，执行整个采购订单流程中的货运安排。
• To work closely with cross-department, e.g. Finance / SCM Supervisor / Control Tower to ensure Customers’ KPI requirement on the company well achieved.
与财务部门、供应链管理主管、控制塔等跨部门紧密合作，确保公司达到客户的关键绩效指标（KPI）要求。
• To escalate abnormal issues / non-Compliance to Supply Chain Supervisor and work on better practice.
将异常问题/不合规情况上报给供应链主管，并推动改进措施。
Documentation Management 文件管理
• To manage customers’ Documentation Management requirements, including collecting vendors’ documents, verifying the contents according to Customers’ instruction under required timelines.
管理客户的文件管理要求，包括收集供应商文件，核实内容是否符合客户的指示，并在规定的时间内完成。
Qualifications资格要求:
• Education: Studies in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
教育背景：供应链管理、工商管理或相关领域的学习背景。
• 5 years of experience in supply chain management or experience in full set of operation.
5年供应链管理经验或完整的运营流程经验。
• Excellent communication and with customer centricity mindset.
出色的沟通能力和以客户为中心的思维模式。
• Proficiency in supply chain software and understand ERP systems preferred.
精通供应链管理软件，理解客户端ERP系统者优先。
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
