Vice President of Security &Compliance

• Primary Responsibility: Protect the platform’s data, customers, and assets while
ensuring compliance with international e-commerce and data protection regulations. • Responsibilities:
o Develop a comprehensive cybersecurity framework to protect sensitive customer
data and prevent breaches. o Manage global compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to GDPR, CCPA, and
other relevant regulatory requirements. o Oversee fraud detection systems to prevent fraudulent activities, including fake
reviews, identity theft, and payment fraud. o Establish security protocols for cross-border e-commerce operations, including
secure payment gateways and logistics integrations. o Partner with IT and product teams to implement end-to-end encryption and secure
authentication processes for seamless customer trust. o Regularly conduct penetration testing and security audits to identify and mitigate
vulnerabilities.
