Manage Share center team(Doc, CS, Tender Management), optimize process and improve energy efficiency.

Role & Responsibilities: 角色&责任
1, Responsible the task Management and distribute for Ocean transport route documentation; CS Team service quality control; Tender Project Overall management.
负责海运航线文件的任务管理和分配；CS团队服务质量控制；大客户项目报价的全面管理。
2, Monitor the working efficiency of documents, input receivables, payables and follow up other relevant documents;
监控单据的工作效率，录入应收、应付账款及其他相关单据的跟进
3, Responsible for the SOP optimize of goods tracking, documents and documents sorting and archiving SOP;
负责货物跟踪的SOP优化，文件和文件的整理和存档流程；
4. Deal with daily emergencies with Oversea and timely feedback to superiors.
处理海外突发事件并及时向上级反馈。
5. Communicate with customers, agents, shipping companies, peers, suppliers and other related matters according to the shipment situation;

6. Daily manage the Share Center team.

Job Skills and Competencies for this position：岗位技能要求
1. Previous experience of minimum 6 years in NVOCC/shipping/logistics/freight forwarding industry.
拥有至少六年以上同行业岗位经验。
2. Team Management experience minimum 3 years in previous role.
至少三年以上团队管理经验。
3. College degree or above, major in international trade, shipping, freight forwarding and customs declaration or related logistics management preferred.
大专或以上学历，国际贸易、航运、货代与报关等物流相关专业优先。
3. Proficient in Windows operating system and Office software. Advanced proficiency in Excel, including writing and maintaining VBA Macro’s.
熟练使用Windows操作系统及Office软件。精通Excel, 如会使用 VBA等技能者优先。
4. Excellent written and communication skills in English，CET-6 preferred.
优秀的英语书写和沟通能力，英语六级优先。
5. Able to bear high pressure, have a sense of responsibility and strong adaptability and communication skills.
能承受压力,有责任心,以及较强的应变能力和沟通能力。
6. Proactive, patient, gentle, meticulous and service-oriented.
工作积极主动，做事耐心、温和、细致、服务意识强。
7. Having sensitive response for market dynamics (route changes, freight rates, relevant national policies...) is preferred.
对市场动态（航线变化，运价，国家相关政策...）反应敏感者优先。
