[Job Responsibilities]
1. Handle online English orders and ensure accurate order information is dispatched to partner merchants.
2. Monitor order status in real-time to guarantee timeliness and accuracy, enhancing customer satisfaction.
3. Provide professional and timely support and solutions to English-speaking customers through online platforms or customer service hotlines.
4. Thoroughly record and relay customer needs and feedback, providing data support for service improvements.
5. Maintain effective communication with regional supervisors, coordinate resources, resolve customer issues, and elevate overall service standards.
[Job Requirements]
1. Enthusiasm for customer service work, with relevant experience being a plus.
2. English proficiency at CET-6 or TEM-4 level or above, capable of fluently communicating with English-speaking customers.
3. Standard Mandarin, possessing excellent communication and coordination skills, as well as a strong sense of responsibility.
4. Willingness to embrace new challenges and proficient in computer operation skills.
5. Demonstrated adaptability and coordination abilities, capable of independently handling emergencies.
6. Ability to adapt to shift work schedules, including day and overnight shifts, with two days off per week and holiday rotations as per legal requirements.

1. Working Hours: Rotating shifts with 2 days off per week, including 2-3 nights of major overnight shifts; preference given to candidates willing to take full-time overnight shifts.
