-Lead high impact projects that span across multiple teams.
-Mentor and train other team members.
-With half your time, you'll partner deeply with Software engineering teams to deeply understand their process and automation needs.
-With the other half of your time, you'll design, build, automate and improve processes to improve engineering workflows and tools of all kinds. SRE are not operations engineers; they are software engineers who code within the platform and tooling feature sets.
-Play an essential part in our company-wide SRE community, sitting together with your SRE partners and supporting their work and growth, similarly to how you support your partner teams.
-Participate as a peer with your Software Engineering partners in the on-call rotation for services that your partner team oversees.
-Champion best practices and a data driven approach.
