项目专员

PRIMARY PURPOSE:
Project Specialist focuses on the project execution. They are required to understand the project vision/scope and deliver to the project team, collaborating with project team to launch the project into plant successfully align with the plan.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Understand and transfer the project scope with project team and other stakeholders
2. Organize the project meetings
3. Follow up the tasks and actions
4. Maintain Communicate with project team members and other stakeholders
5. Maintain program cost reporting against budget.
6. Actively reporting and timely escalation.
7. Others
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
1. University graduated
2. At least 1 years’ work experience
3. Be familiar with Microsoft Office: Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word
4. Good communication skill
5. Good attitude for multiple section coordination.
6. Good at English listening, reading, speaking and written
7. Passion to work and willing for challenging and long-life learning
