We have over 15 years producing experience, and our factory occupies an area of 30000 square meters, owns over 500 staff members and 12 R&D Centers. And we have 2 factories; one is mainly producing rubber fenders while the other is producing the dredging hoses and the rubber bearings. We are one of the top companies who are engaged in producing the rubber fenders of the harbors, docks and the ships. We own the advanced producing equipment and the testing facilities. We are the package services provider and the modern enterprise which integrates the study, design, produce and the sale. In 2008, we successfully developed self-floating single-frame and double-frame oil hoses, which have been certified by International authority organization. They have already been put into large volume production. Our company has complete supporting facilities and inspection devices: 2 sets of 100L Banbury Mixers and 3 sets of 55L Banbury Mixers. 4 self-floating plants and 10 common rubber hose plants are used in our factory. The capacity of short hoses can be over 40 pieces and the output of floating hoses with inner diameter of more than 700mm can be 3-5 pieces per day. There are over 20 big scale docks and the coastal docks using our rubber fender products. And the Super arch fenders and the plus long rubber fenders are in great demands. The total sales volume reached 60 million US dollars in 2010. Products worth 20 million US dollars were exported to foreign countries. Our company has 5-year exportation history. The products are mainly exported to Belgium, the Netherlands, Germany, Japan and other countries.
