Objectives of this new company: - To build digital related capabilities such as tech, risk modeling by leveraging AI and block chain techniques; - To serve MFI and banks in both consumer loan and business loan markets by providing online acquisition, Tech and Risk solutions; - To replicate and/or deploy developed business models and digital capabilities to other portfolio entitles in China and outside China; - Become a Digital Lab of FFH eventually.
